What's the difference between local and cloud?
Local means running Wan on your own GPU (requires 6-24GB VRAM). Cloud API lets you generate videos using our servers, which is more convenient but costs credits.
Can I get a refund?
Unused credits are refundable within 30 days of purchase. Once credits are used, they cannot be refunded.
Do credits expire?
Starter and Pro plan credits expire at the end of each billing cycle. Enterprise credits are negotiable and typically don't expire.
